I first met Pete when he and my late husband were in the Local 638 apprentice school. They formed a partnership and friendship that lasted through the years. The Oettinger family and McCarron family (and extended McCarron family) shared many life experiences. They all enjoyed life (probably an understatement) and now as Pete and Billy are reunited, the long partnership will pick up where it left off! I especially am grateful to Pete for always "keeping in touch " - words he last spoke with me. The Oettinger family will always "keep in touch" with the McCarrons!
