Genevieve A. Hope, age 72, of Forked River, died Thursday, August 21, 2014, at Southern Ocean Medical Center, Stafford Township.

Born in Brooklyn, she resided there before moving to the Forked River section of Lacey Township 50 years ago.

Genevieve was employed as a secretary with the Associated Humane Societies, Popcorn Park Zoo, Forked River, Lacey Township, before retiring 12 years ago.

Surviving are her husband, Sidney E; three sons and daughter-in-laws, Bill and Sarah, Temecula, CA, Ed and Jen, Forked River, and Dan and Tammy, Lanoka Harbor; a brother, Edward Mulvihill, Juno, FL; a sister, Catherine Brown, Port Saint Lucy, FL; and 4 loving grandchildren, Owen, Garrett, Evan, and Logan.

Lacey Road, Forked River, Lacey.  Relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend the funeral on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. from the funeral home, where a funeral service will be offered at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, North Hanover Township.
