Alberta Resko Stroin, age 80 of Lacey Township died on March 22, 2015.  Born in Woodbridge, she was a resident there until moving to Lacey Township in 1978.  A graduate of Woodbridge H.S. class of 1951.  She attended the Laboratory Institute of Merchandising in New York City.  Prior to her death, she was employed in banking for 24 years.  She retired in 2004 and devoted her time to her family. 

     She was pre-deceased by her parents, Albert and Julia Takacs Resko.  Surviving are two sons and daughter-in-laws and four grandchildren;  Glenn Michael Stroin and his wife Staci of Hollister, Missouri and their two sons, Tyler and Connor and Mark Alan Stroin and his wife Deborah of Lanoka Harbor and their two sons, Zachary and Erik.  Also surviving is her brother, Jack Resko and his wife Barbara of Forked River and two nephews, Jason Resko and his wife Rachel and their daughter Alexa of Oseola, Indiana and Christopher Resko and his wife Anna of Waretown and their children, Julianna, Christopher and Benechio. 

     At her request, there will be no viewing.  Cremation will be private under the direction of Layton’s Home For Funerals, Forked River, NJ.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to her grandchildren for their future education  or to the Shiner Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri for the benefit of Connor Stroin in her memory.
