William R. Pasco,Jr.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of William "Bill" Pasco Jr  on October 19, 2025, at the age of 66. Bill was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend, whose wisdom, humor, and integrity impacted everyone around him.

Born on February 12, 1959 in Paterson, NJ, Bill lived a life marked by hard work, compassion, and a deep love for his family. He was passionate about fishing and anything mechanical working on cars, trucks, and boats or any machine he could get his hands on. He always found time to support those in need helping a neighbor with their car or their garage door. For years he was known as the "Garage Door Doctor".

He is predeceased by his beloved wife, Lois, of 40 years, brother, Jimmy, birth mother Ruth, and father, Bill Sr. He is survived by his loving family: sons, Billy (III), Dylan, and Joe; granddaughter, Briar; mother, Tina; siblings, Mark and Nancy; nephew, James; and aunts, Joan-Ann, Mary-Lynn "Binky", and Cindy and their families; as well as many dear friends. His legacy is one of kindness, perseverance, and love.

A celebration of his life will take place on October 27, 2025 at Layton's Home for Funerals, 650 West Lacey Road, Forked River, NJ 08731 from 4-6 PM.

His memory will live on in the stories, lessons, and love he shared with us all.
