Patricia A Torres

Patricia was born on June 12, 1952, in Jersey City, New Jersey.  After putting up a fight battling cancer, she passed peacefully surrounded by her loving family on April 3, 2024.

Patricia spent 30 years as an aid for special needs children in the classroom and on the school bus.  She was loved by the children she helped and her peers.  She spent every moment she could with her family.  She especially loved being with her grandchildren.  They were her everything. 

Patricia is survived by her loving husband, the love of her life, John Raymond Torres.  She also leaves behind her 3 children, Maria Torres, Ileana Montero and spouse Elicito Montero, and Victor Torres and spouse Valerie Torres; grandchildren Elicito, Carly, Aiden, Sarah, Tyler, Kylee, Alexis, and Elijah; siblings and spouses, Charles and Glenda Behrmann, Helen Behrmann, Alice and Angel Martinez; and many nieces and nephews.  She will be missed dearly by not only her family but all who knew her. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Behrmann and Mary G. Behrmann; brothers Walter, Edward, and John; sisters, Birtha Mandile and Lillian Janssen, brother-in-law Antonio Aviles.
