Kenneth Michael Kaspar, 60, passed away Friday, March 19, 2021. Ken was born in Elizabeth, NJ and grew up in Linden, NJ.
He was a graduate of Linden High School and was a member of the JV Football team when they had their first ever undefeated JV football season and earned the nickname, Bull. His teammates proudly nicknamed him "Bull" in honor of their undefeated season.
After graduation, Ken worked in manufacturing until he found his calling and became an LPN working mainly in assisted living facilities where he loved hearing the life stories of the military veterans.
Summer vacations spent in Forked River at the lakes in his childhood and cruising the backroads of the Jersey Pines with family and friends instilled a life-long love of this area and he moved here permanently in 1999.
Ken is survived by his wife of 23 years, Patricia Hofmann Kaspar, Forked River; his father, Henry Kaspar, Forked River; his brother and his wife, Steven and Linda Kaspar, Linden; his sister, Lori Kaspar, Forked River; his niece and her husband Nicole (Nikki) and Jeremy Ezell, Hinton, VA; his stepdaughter, Elizabeth (Lisa) Paez, Long Island, NY; his grandson, Kyle Paez, Forked River; and his faithful 4-legged companion, Bella.
Ken was predeceased by his mother, Lois Mae Gaynor Kaspar and his grandparents.
The family has opted for a private cremation. If you wish to make a donation in his name, the family requests donations to be sent to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or Wreaths Across America.
