John Nizolak, 70, passed away on Saturday June 25th in his home.
Born on October 31, 1951 in Orange, NJ to Henry and Elsie Nizolak he was the middle son of 3 boys. He spent his childhood growing up with his two brothers Hank and Billy Nizolak. He was a graduate of Marie Katzenbach school for the deaf. In the year of 1982 he met his beloved wife, Kathleen Nizolak. They were married for 40 years. In the year of 1987 they bought their family home in Forked RIver, NJ where they raised their 3 beautiful children Kaitlynn, Steven and Milyssa Nizolak and were also blessed with 2 grandchildren, Rilynn Nizolak and Brysen Giresi. John lost his son Steven Nizolak only a short year ago. They are resting peacefully together in Heaven now.
John was a hardworking husband and father. He spent 41 years in the workforce providing for his family where he retired in the year of 2008 from Lakehurst/Fort Dix base.The next 14 years were spent enjoying his family.
John had a passion for sports. He was a Los Angeles fan Across the board...
Dodgers, Kings, Lakers and the Rams! Sitting in his favorite recliner he had the pleasure of watching the Rams win the superbowl this year!
John had many hobbies. He had a vast collection of collectibles. He enjoyed collecting comic books, movies, sport memorabilia and any and all kinds of Sci-fi/Horror collectables.. He loved Halloween. He enjoyed spending time with his wife at the Ocean Deaf Club. He was a member of the Waretown United Methodist Church. His favorite movies were The Godzilla movies and any movie with sharks. He had a passion for animals, his beloved Rusty among many others.
John always enjoyed spending time with his family. There were many adventures had. He will be forever missed. Never Forgotten. Always Loved.
