On October 15, 2023, Janet Lepeshko gained her wings. She had patiently awaited the reunion with her son, Lee, her grandbaby, Kory Lepeshko, and her faithful fur baby, Skeeter. Janet is survived by her husband of 60 years, Karl Lepeshko; her brother, Raymond McElroy, and his wife, Diane; her son, Scott, and his wife, Dawn; her daughter, Cheryl Bertoti, and her husband, Anthony. She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren, who, in her eyes, were perfect and could do no wrong: John Lepeshko, Jesse Moore, Hope Lepeshko, Casey Lepeshko, Anthony Bertoti III, and Jamie Bertoti; her great-granddaughter, Sophia Lepeshko; and her nephews, Raymond McElroy Jr. and Todd McElroy.
Throughout her life, Janet donned many hats. She served as a controller for JCPenney once her children were in school, worked in the accounting department at Donato Construction, and managed the family auto repair business for several years. Her true passion, however, lay in her career as a real estate agent. She dedicated over 25 years to Weichert Realtors, forging lifelong friendships with colleagues and clients alike. Yet, the role she cherished most was that of a mother, grandmother (Nonny), and great-grandmother. Janet was the mom and grandmother everyone wished they had, and her unwavering support was a constant presence at every sporting event and activity, where she stood as the loudest fan in the stands.
