Helen A Lombardi

With profound sadness we announce the passing of Helen Lombardi, our loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to all whose lives she touched. She died peacefully on March 21, 2021 at the age of 90.  Helen is the beloved wife of the late Michael Lombardi.  She is the much-loved mother of Nancy DiDario and her husband Robert, David Lombardi and his wife Gail and Barbara Potts and her husband Guy.  She is the cherished grandmother better known as “Mimi” of Kristi Bubnick, Jayce Lombardi, Robbie DiDario, Jessica Potts, and Guy Potts II.  She is also the great-grandmother of 5.   Helen is survived by her beloved brother Gary Bushman. 

Helen was born in Plainfield, New Jersey and raised her family in South Plainfield until she and Mike moved to their beach house in Forked River.

Helen loved her scratch-off lottery tickets, playing video poker and BINGO but what she mostly enjoyed was spending time laughing with family and friends.  She was known to sip a “Miller Lite” each evening with dinner.  And with that we raise a glass and say “Cheers” to Helen.  May she live on thru each of us.  She will be missed immensely.
