Gloria L Taylor

Gloria L Taylor, 93, formerly of Bloomfield, NJ, died in her home in Forked River, NJ November 3, 2022 following a year long illness. Born in Orange NJ, she was the daughter of the late Edmund and Marie (Hebert) Belliveau. Gloria lived in Bloomfield, NJ where she raised her family with her husband the late Peter Taylor Jr who died June 2003. Upon their retirement in 1991, they moved “down the shore” where they spent their golden years at their home in Forked River, NJ.  Gloria was truly beloved by family and friends alike. Most people would probably say they’ll always remember the laughter and good times they shared with her. Gloria was predeceased by two sisters Doris Belliveau and Norma Furchak and two brothers Raymond and Robert Belliveau.  Gloria is survived by her daughter Karen Hoffman, three sons Peter III, Bruce, and Scott Taylor. She is also survived by two grandchildren with whom she shared a very special bond and six cherished great grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lacey Township Emergency Medical Service. Her family extends a heartfelt thank you to the staff of Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey Home Care Hospice for their exceptional care of Gloria.
