In Loving Memory of Frank N. Valentino
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Frank N. Valentino, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, friend, and esteemed Army Veteran. Frank was born on November 30th, 1946, and peacefully left this world surrounded by his family at 11:30 PM on Tuesday, January 16th, 2024, at the age of 77.
Frank's enduring legacy is beautifully intertwined with the love and companionship he shared with his wife, Barbara Valentino, for an incredible 56 years. Together, they raised three wonderful daughters, Jackie, Valerie, and Jill, and built a family filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.
His presence will forever be felt through the lives of his three granddaughters, Ashley, Ava, and Gianna, who were the joy of his later years. Frank's devotion to family extended beyond blood ties, as he cherished lifelong friendships with companions such as Sam, Frank, Lou and Mike Ferraro, Frank Pupa, and Michael Carbonaro, some of whom he knew for over 71 years.
A man of resilience and hard work, Frank was not only a dedicated business owner but also an Army Veteran who served in the Vietnam War. He ran his own auto body shop, "Frankies Auto Body," alongside his friends and beloved wife. Their shared commitment and passion for their work created a thriving business that stood as a testament to their enduring partnerships.
Frank's love for animals was evident in the kinship he shared with his canine companions over the years. He leaves behind cherished memories with his dogs Toby, Roxy, and Bailey.
Raised in Fords, New Jersey, Frank's roots were firmly planted in the state he called home throughout his life. Eventually settling in Forked River, New Jersey, Frank found his forever home by the water, where he continued to pursue his lifelong passion for boating. His love for the open sea brought joy and countless shared moments of laughter and camaraderie with those closest to him.
Frank is now at rest, reunited with his mother Clara, father Nicholas, and sister Enes. While he may no longer be with us in person, the memories of his laughter, his dedication, his love for life, and his honorable service to his country will forever remain in our hearts.
May he rest in eternal peace.
