It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Frank “Chip” Crepezzi, age 54. Chip was born in Tennessee and later made his roots in Forked River, New Jersey, where he was a cherished member of his community.
Chip was a dedicated mail carrier a job he loved deeply, serving his neighbors with a warm smile every day. His greatest pride, though, was his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn, and their three sons, Jake, Jayson, and Brody. Chip also leaves behind his siblings: JD (Dan) Kristen (Robert) John (Kate) and Rusty (Michelle) Nieces and nephews: Alyssa, Sabrina, Trey, Olivia, Marlene, Nicholas, Sophia, Violet, Anakin, Bonnie, Carmela, Ruby, Emerson, Frannie, Nina, and Mickey. And Allie, Shane, Glenn Jr, Stefanie, Peter Jr., Nicole, Samantha, Robert and Hunter.
Beyond his work, Chip was a devoted father, always present for his boys. He poured his heart into coaching—both basketball and soccer—never missing a chance to cheer them on. He was always there, guiding, encouraging, and celebrating their every success.
A special joy in his life was watching Mets games with his family, a passion that brought them all closer together.
Visitation will be held on Monday, the 30th, from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Further details on services will be announced. Please keep Chip and his family in your thoughts during this difficult time.
