Doris A Sobeck

Doris A. Sobeck, 96, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, was born on October 15, 1929, and passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, November 16, 2025.

Doris was born in Newark, NJ, and was raised in Irvington, NJ, before moving to Shark River Hills in 1960.  She worked for Dr. Carl Lepis for many years as a receptionist before retiring to Forked River.   Doris loved walking, the beach, collecting shells and watching Dolphins.

Doris is Predeceased by her husband, William G. Sobeck, Sr. and her siblings, Helen Magliaro and Rev. Edward Rischmann.

Surviving are a daughter, Nancy Sobeck; a son, William Sobeck, Jr.; 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
