David G. Vorsteg, Sr.

David G. Vorsteg, Sr., 91, of both Burlington and Ocean County, passed away peacefully in his home on September 27, 2025. Born on June 8, 1934, David lived a long, full life devoted to his family, his career, and his community.

For many years, David served with dedication as a court stenographer in Ocean County. His precision, professionalism, and steadfast commitment to the justice system left a lasting impact on colleagues and all who worked alongside him.

Above all, David treasured his family. Those left to cherish his memory include his son, David G. Vorsteg Jr., and his wife, Gina, and his daughter, Donna Corporon, and her husband, Joseph. He was a proud and loving grandfather to Nick, Taylor, Sydney, Spencer, Olivia, Victoria, Jacob, and Joshua, and a cherished great-grandfather to Cora. David is also survived by his four brothers, Stanley, Michael, Raymond and Lawrence along with many beloved nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to his devoted caretaker, Tina, whose kindness and support brought comfort to David in his final years.

His presence, wisdom, and kindness will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all whose lives he touched.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to St. Mary of the Lakes Church in Medford, NJ.
