Colleen J Goudie

Colleen Jane Goudie, age 70, of Manahawkin, died Saturday July 2, 2022, at Community Medical Center, Toms River.

Colleen was predeceased by her two sons John F. Kozol (1992), Robert P. Moore (2012); her sisters Suzanne Luthner Pinzino and Patricia Morgan Mussaw and her parents John F. and Priscilla Goudie.

Surviving are her son Shawn G. Moore and his wife Kathleen; grandsons Cameron Dean Oliva, Harrison John Moore and Riley Patrick Moore; her sisters Kathleen Goudie, Maureen Goudie Edore and Doreen Bennett; her brother Patrick Goudie.

Loving, Nurturing, and devoted grandmother, mother, sister, aunt, nurse and mamabear to her nursing peers. A Life member of Beachwood First Aid who dedicated herself to helping and nurturing others. Colleen had a genuine appreciation for life and everything it has to offer. An avid and talented cook with a love for food she was adored for her passion in the kitchen.

Visitation will be Friday from 1-5 pm at the Layton’s Home For Funerals, Forked River and Saturday 8:30 to 9 am. A funeral mass will follow at the Church of Saint Pius X at 9:30 am. Cremation will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the following nonprofit, which is dear to her heart, and in honor of her great nephew Brody John Peak.
