Anthony Pecora, age 70, of Forked River passed away on Thursday, May 15th at Deborah Hospital after open-heart surgery the previous day.
Tony” is survived by his beloved wife Elisa Pecora, (nee Abramo), his sister Andrea of Forked River, his mother-in-law Colleen Abramo of Forked River, brothers-in-law Guy Abramo of Las Vegas, and Dean Abramo of Forked River and their wives, Gail and Jacqueline, respectively.
Tony owned a Shell gas station for 15 years, then worked for PepsiCo as a service repair technician for 25 years, retiring at 66 years old. Among his hobbies were fishing, electric trains, and maintaining and cruising in his 1968 Camaros. Devotion to the needs of his family was always his top priority. He was a friend to many, and a highly skilled man who could build or repair most anything. He will be sorely missed.
