Manz Families; I am honored and truly rewarded to be a friend and Brother Fireman with Rudy Manz Sr. He is a legacy at the Franklin Lakes Volunteer Fire Department. He was so proud and protective of our Department. There was nothing that he would not do for the Fire Service. Next to Anna and Family it was the love of his life. He will be missed but never forgotten at FLFD. May he rest in peace in the arms of Our Lord. Tom Donch

I was honored to have known Mr. Rudy Manz for the past fourteen years, the last several as his daughter, Nancy’s, fiancé. Mr. Manz was a man that I greatly admired and respected. He always treated me with respect! I was very impressed with his loyalty to his Catholic Church. I loved to talk to him about his decades as a volunteer fireman. I found Mr. Manz facanating because of his depth of wisdom. I will miss him and his great sense of humor! Love you Sir!

My deepest condolences to the entire family. Rudy was a joy to know but could be taciturn if you let him. We truly cared deeply for your father and all at Shore Meadows mourn his leaving us to be transferred to a higher place.
