Dorothy Pizcazotowski, 82, of Hazlet, died Saturday at Rose Garden Nursing Home, Toms River.
Mrs. Pizcazotowski was born in New Bedford, Mass., living in Keyport and Hazlet and most recently moving to Forked River.
She was employed by Lily-Tulip Paper Cup Company as an assembler, school aid at MaplePlace Preschool, Keyport and a former school aid at Holmdel Middle School. Dorothy was also a member of the Keyport Historical Society and was an avid photographer and artist.
Dorothy was predeceased by her husband Stanley in 2014 and her brother Donald Brown.
Surviving are her daughter and her husband Donna and Joseph Costic of Forked River, her son Joseph of Hawaii, and her mother Dorothy Thompson of Holmdel and two grandsons Joseph and Jason
