Cynthia Riggleman of Lanoka Harbor, NJ passed away peacefully at home on Monday, November 6, 2017 at the age of 65. She is proceeded by her husband John Riggleman, two daughters Amy Kiernan and Suzanne Riggleman-Rudorfer, sister Lori Stingle and brother Robert Stingle, as well as four grandchildren. Services to be held at Layton's Home for Funerals, 250 Lacey Rd, Forked River, NJ 08731 on Friday, November 10, 2017 from 6-9pm. Charitable donations may be made to the American Lung Association in lieu of flowers.
