Ronnie and Linda, I just saw this posting today and I'm so sorry for your loss. I never met your mom, but knowing how great you guys are, I know she must have been a great lady.

I am sorry for the loss of your dear Betty. We struggle with the question of why something like this happens, why people even have to die at all. God hates when things like this happen. He has a purpose that includes "death being no more" -Rev. 21:3, 4, as well as promising to “undo” death with the resurrection of our loved ones – John 5:28, 29. Currently the world is "lying in the power of the wicked one", but not for much longer. This hope has helped me get through some tough times and I hope it helps you now. To my special friends Lin and Ronnie. Tony and I are so sorry for your loss. Your mom was a special lady. My prayer for you both are going to be that our Lord Jesus would favor you both and allow yas both to feel his special hugs his awesome presence n he will give yas both the strength to go on. Ronnie when you feel lonely I know I just know if you ask Jesus to be with you he'll show up n be your strength. I just know.
