Nigro, Marlene A. (Nee Gunderman), 68, passed away March 7, 2017, after a four year battle with Pulmonary Disease.

Living most of her life in Lodi, NJ before moving to Waretown ten years ago.

Marlene completed nurses training at Bergen Pines Hospital in 1967. The passion of Marlene’s life was making a life of love and happiness for Danny Boy. Marlene cherished her friends and relatives and stayed active in their lives even through her illness.

She lived her life setting an example of love and tolerance for everyone to mirror.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Dan Nigro; her sister Linda Rainey; brother, Harry Huntley; brother and sister-in-law, Louis and Joyce Nigro; nieces and nephews, Kenny and Cori Rainey, Jim and Marion Rainey, Brett and Jennifer Nigro, and Stacia and Rich Remund; great nieces and nephews, Jimmy, Danny, Amanda, Jake, Nick, Abby, Alex, and Kensi.
